Today I was on turtle art and made something random. I was trying to make numbers pop up counting 1 through 5 every time the background color changes. BUT I FAILED! I'll upload what I got so far on Google docs and post the link so you can download it and start it on turtle art.

I checked out the program. We need to talk about what you want to happen, but if I understand correctly you want the background to change without loosing your design. I don't think that is possible, since fillscreen erases everything on the screen. Let's talk about this problem this week.
